What is a Puzzle Passport?
Stop by the Golden Puzzle Room and pick up your Puzzle Passport. Each time you visit and complete a room, get your passport stamped. When you have completed five or more rooms, you earn a special Finisher’s Reward at the front desk.
How do I use a Puzzle Passport?
Book your puzzle room online. After you complete your room, a staff member will stamp your physical passport card.
What is a prepaid Puzzle Passport?
You can prepay for up to three, four, or five experiences at the Golden Puzzle Room. Prepaid Puzzle Passports are associated with a single email account. Bookings must include that person to redeem passport credits. You still need to pick up the physical Puzzle Passport to claim the finisher reward.
How do I use my prepaid Puzzle Passport?
1. Sign in to your Bookeo Account that is associated with the prepaid Puzzle Passport.

2. Choose Make a New Booking from the Customer Area.
3. Pick the day, time and room you would like to do. Continue with the options for the reservation.
4. The prepaid credit will automatically be applied if eligible.
