Location: Lakewood, CO

Hours: 10–20 hours per week (mostly evenings and weekends)

 A Clue Master is the face of the Golden Puzzle Room. You’ll guide guests through immersive escape room adventures, keep games running smoothly, and celebrate players’ victories with enthusiasm and style.

This role is perfect for friendly, quick-thinking people who enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to think outside the box.

Some hours are scheduled, and some are on an on-call basis. The number of hours will vary week to week.

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and excitement
• Orient teams on game rules, locks, and safety procedures
• Monitor games attentively via camera and provide timely, helpful clues
• Lead fun, positive post-game reviews with players
• Reset puzzle rooms quickly and accurately
• Answer phones, schedule reservations, and assist walk-in guests
• Keep the lobby and game areas clean and inviting
• Represent the Golden Puzzle Room at community events, fairs, and festivals
• Assist with small maintenance or prop fixes as needed
• Take on special projects to make our rooms even better!

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer knowledge
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Passion for puzzles, games, and creating joyful guest experiences!

• $16/hour starting pay during the training period
• 50¢ raise after 200 hours worked
• Another 50¢ raise after completing training on all rooms
• Opportunities to grow into senior staff, management roles or even game design
